Product Review: Pro-Motion Racing Suspension Service
If you race off-road, especially hare scrambles, you know how important suspension setup is. And you know how everyone says custom setup is a must. So did I, but between trying to decide whether to tackle the job myself or pay a company to send everything off, I never did anything about it. That is until recently. On referall from a friend, I contacted Rodger, the owner of Pro-Motion Racing Suspension in Greer, SC. His shop is emmaculate, he has ton’s of experience doing off-road racing supsension, and the end result for me was a 300% improvement in my riding and confidence. I went in for the full service - new springs, re-valving, and the process was extremely painless. I dropped off the entire bike on a tuesday and picked it up the next week. On pick up he Rodger set up my race sag and talked with me about what to expect from the changes. In addition, he spent a lot of time (ok, a TON of time) talking with me and answering all those suspension questions floating around in my mind. The price was less than the big companies charge, and a better value considering the fact that I didn’t have to dissassemble and ship parts, and all of time Rodger spent with me.
Bottom Line: The service and the result are excellant. Get it done if you haven’t, and use Pro-Motion if you’re in this area.
